I am Pastor Joshua Workman, currently serving as the full-time Outreach Pastor at Unity Free-Will Baptist Church since January 4th, 2024

Jesus Christ became my Savior when I was 17 yrs. old in 1997 at Stoney Ridge Baptist Church in North Ridgeville.  I announced the call on my life to preach the gospel in 1999 and married the pastor's daughter in fall of 2000.  I was licensed and ordained through the Cuyahoga-Lorain County Free-Will Baptist in 2002.

I taught Sunday School and served as Youth Director at Stoney Ridge Baptist Church until being hired by Unity Free Will Baptist as Youth Pastor in 2005.  I eventually became Associate Pastor until 2021, when the Lord called me to Pastor the Mansfield Free-Will Baptist Church until 2024.

My wife, Kristin, and I have two teenage boys, Levi (17) and Josiah (14).  God has called all four of us to serve at our local church.  I preach and teach. Kristin is a musician with a heart for worship, ladies ministries and is the technologically savvy one. Levi works in audio/visual, and Josiah plays multiple musical instruments with our worship teams.

The primary aim of our ministry is to lead and motivate followers of Jesus at Unity FWBC to consistently meet with, engage with, and develop relationships with the unchurched in our community to make active disciples of Jesus Christ.
